We have been a certified B Corp since December 2021 scoring 106pts. The accreditation makes HR Rockstars the first UK-based HR consultancy to receive B Corp certification.
B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials.
In order to complete the assessment process, businesses must report on different areas of their business activity - covering corporate governance, people, society and the environment.
