3. Your recruitment fee is spread across 3-6 months with no gap in HR support.
The HR Rockstars team worked in house with us for 12 months, during this time they managed our HR Department, set up new processes and procedures whilst growing and developing trusted relationships with the team. They knew us inside out and when it came to interviewing HR candidates, not only did they find the absolute right fit for the League, they also managed the candidates expectations with what they were in for. I don't know of another agency that can really say this. The process was superb, three years on, our HR Manager is now our Director of People and Culture.
