Case Study: The League Against Cruel Sports 

Over the course of a year HR Rockstars helped us build a performance-based culture, grounded in HR best practice. Policies were revised, new processes built, expectations were both set and met, with balance, consistency and courage. 

Senior management were able to operate based on well judged expert advice. Tempo was increased and confidence built. Key performance indicators improved exponentially; sickness and absence rates plummeted and retention rates soared.
